Web "Call Me" Buttons

Callers see a web button on a web page in their browser which is clicked on to activate a call session.  The caller inputs their desired time and phone number to be called back.  The click triggers a session with a secure G3 server which initiates a call to the web button owner call center and another to the browser at the desired phone number.  Call setup is nearly instantaneous and the call center agent is given options to accept, redirect or deny the call on a call-by-call basis.

Web Email Campaign Response

Utilizes above configuration but is specifically designed to assist in tracking email direct response base on broadcast email campaigns.  Readers of the email click links containing  embedded information to assist broadcaster in determining individual campaign effectiveness.
