Call setup is nearly instantaneous and the call center agent is given options to accept, redirect or deny the call on a call-by-call basis.

Utilizes above configuration but is specifically designed to assist in tracking email direct response base on broadcast email campaigns. Readers of the email click links containing embedded information to assist broadcaster in determining individual campaign effectiveness.
